HireGEN is built around trust. Candidate evidence should be used to prove capability, not to create hidden data markets or unfair screening.
Who operates HireGEN
HireGEN is a product of NiyamKavach AI Labs, which operates the service and is responsible for the information described on this page.
What we collect
In early access, HireGEN may process candidate-provided resume text, GitHub URLs, live project links, target roles, job descriptions, generated skill graphs, proof badges, gaps, and roadmap outputs.
Why we use it
We use this information to generate proof profiles, compare skills against target roles, show recruiter-facing evidence summaries, improve scoring quality, and prevent unsupported or hallucinated claims.
What we do not do
We do not sell candidate data. We do not use private repo data unless a candidate explicitly authorizes it in a future version. We do not treat AI output as final hiring truth without evidence and human review.
Recruiter access
Recruiters should only see candidate proof reports for legitimate hiring evaluation. Future production versions will add consent gates, access logs, role-based access, and candidate controls.
Retention and deletion
Your resume text is sent to the OpenAI API to generate your proof profile. HireGEN does not store the raw resume text; it stores the generated profile. A saved proof link expires automatically 180 days after it is created. Self-serve deletion, export and correction are not available yet; they will be added with candidate accounts, aligned with India DPDP principles.
Contact form
The Book a demo / contact form does not send your details to a HireGEN server yet. When you submit it, it opens an email draft to team@niyamkavach.com in your own email app; nothing is sent until you send that email.
Security posture
Production secrets are stored in Vercel environment variables, not in Git. The public repository excludes private internal context, environment files, Vercel metadata, and generated build output.
